Notify Utilities of the tenancy.
Collect the rent on a monthly basis and issue you with statements as required.
Arrange any general maintenance, as required, authorised by you. Any bills will be deducted from the rent and the statement will reflect this.
Place bond into DPS Scheme.
6 Monthly inspection
Conduct the check-out at the end of the tenancy and deal with any deductions from the tenant’s deposit. If a dispute arises all necessary casework will be submitted to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Issue notice to the tenant if required.

Holding fee payable by Tenants
The holding fee is equivalent to 1 weeks rent (VAT is not applicable) per property.
This is to reserve a property.
Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Rent 4 Sure check, provide false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) .
