• Notify Utilities of the tenancy.
• Collect the rent on a monthly basis and issue you with statements as required.
• Arrange any general maintenance, as required, authorised by you. Any bills will be deducted from the rent and the statement will reflect this.
• Place bond into DPS Scheme.
• 6 Monthly inspection
• Conduct the check-out at the end of the tenancy and deal with any deductions from the tenant’s deposit. If a dispute arises all necessary casework will be submitted to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
• Issue notice to the tenant if required.

• Holding fee payable by Tenants 
• The holding fee is equivalent to 1 weeks rent (VAT is not applicable) per property. 
• This is to reserve a property. 
• Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Rent 4 Sure check, provide false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) .
• 1st Month’s Rent and full Bond (equivalent to rent) prior to moving in.
